When Hijopet asks for the microphone, the note now explains the three uses: recording video with sound, recording your own attention sounds, and listening for a clap or whistle that fires the photo — all on your phone, never recorded or sent. With TalkBack, a memorial pet is announced as 'In memory'. The watermark now matches iPhone's opacity.
The iPhone beta is via TestFlight — the “iPhone” link is on the home page. Install the TestFlight app, tap the link, and accept the invitation. Apple is still reviewing the beta, so it may take a bit to accept testers; if it won't let you join yet, try again a little later. Requires an iPhone on iOS 16 or later.

In Farewell Mode, if the tribute video or PDF can't be created, you now get a message (it used to fail silently). And a memorial pet is announced as 'In memory' with VoiceOver.
We're in beta, so some details may still need polish. Some features are more accurate on some species than others (for example, auto-capture works best when both eyes are visible). What each version brings is in the changelog. If something breaks, let us know.
Your photos and profiles live on your phone. Create a backup from the app before you uninstall or switch devices; you can restore it when you reinstall. The backup carries your profiles, the care record, weights, reminders, expenses, documents, saved places, and Farewell Mode — but not your photo or video files (those stay in your device gallery). Online features are optional and we tell you what's shared before sending it.
On Android: Home → ⚙️ (top right) → “Help us improve.” On iPhone: Settings → “Help us improve” (or in TestFlight, take a screenshot and tap “Share Beta Feedback”).
